The magazine's report on the discipline imposed after the protest of 15 October 1969. It records that between twenty-five and thirty students took part in the clapping and that seventeen, who kept going after the others sat down, were charged with violating the College's regulation on freedom of expression and dissent. The College Proctor had photographed the hall, and identification proceeded by recognition.
