Bradley Edington ’27 is a History major and member of the Dartmouth Men’s Lightweight Rowing team. His Historical Accountability research centered on Dartmouth’s president from 1828 to 1863, Nathan Lord; the content and impact of his views on slavery; and how his—and other Dartmouth community members’—involvement in proslavery, abolitionist, and colonizationist politics fits into broader nineteenth-century American history.
