Story Booth About
The Story Booth is a repurposed phone booth located near the Book Arts Workshop in the Dartmouth Library. Using the 1957 Hermes Baby typewriter inside, visitors type up whatever they feel like. Some choose to leave their writings on the cork boards covering the booth’s walls, which are periodically collected and archived by Book Arts.
Using this website, you can browse a selection of the Dartmouth community’s typewritten snippets. We hope you enjoy reading the various writings of students, staff, and all others who stop by the Story Booth.
